Hey Tony Thanks a bunch my friend...I wasn't sure about writing a tell all... but what the hell, its been 40 years. My tour had some twists and turns, but hey...I was a product of the sixties! Thank you as well Tony for your contribution, which I took the liberty to post,as the website just said add the little ditty for them there...your report seemed to fit in perfectly at the end...Thanks again and glad you enjoyed!

Whata great read on Your blog about Your time in service...... I must say... Well Done and well written.. Dynamic photos (You know i had to add them to my photo journal)... How in the hell did you manage to dig all that stuff up???? What an amazing recollection and conveyance of our story. Super Koool #@*%! man.... All i can say is "WOw". My neighbors probably have confirmed that i'm crazy based on all the loud talking and and profanity they heard through these walls (while i was enjoying the read). Once again Liver i must say aloud....AMAZING!!!!! Your are surely a Special Breed....

I was in Pleiku 2 days then they sent me down on Hwy 1 the Black Hawks.
we cleared the hwy close to Phan tiet
Old cemitery across from our fire base
fire base was next to a smll village.

I was with B 2/1 from 7/68 to 9/69. Served on 14 track. do you remember 7/7/69 when the firebase on hwy 1 was hit by sappers.

Served with HHT at Camp Enari with the crypto unit mostly but did stay for a few weeks at Blackhawk in july and aug of 68. then they moved me to 1/14th inf at lzs linda karen and mary lou.then finally ended my time at dragon mt.Dont remember names but wish all the best
