Oh Yea, Larry, I told Sgt. K about us all getting kicked off our vehicles and walk unarmed through the village to the perimeter in the middle of the heaviest firefight of my tour. I said "you woulda never done that to us huh, Sarge?" He laughed and shook his head "No"! I told K he had no idea how much he was loved by his platoon. We laughed about the fact we never had a lietenant almost the entire time I was there and life was good. We had one for about my last week or so and he wasn't doing so well...a young kid right out of rotc and college...
