Hi everyone. I served with the 2-1 C Troop 1st platoon from February 1969 to February 1970. I am writing on behalf of John (Jack) Kuna from New Jersey, who served with us at the same time in 1st Platoon C Troop. John is trying to get a VA disability for a head injury (wound) he received in early October 1969 down around highway one. Just like the Army they cannot find is records, so he is asking for help. I was on the radios at C Troop headquarters when it happened, and I remember some things. If anyone else can provide any details, it would be very helpful.
